HISTORY
Launched 1898 by the Columbia Iron Works and Drydock Company in Baltimore, Maryland for the Consolidated Coal Company as one of their tugboats.
1950: Sold to The Roen Steamship Company and worked the Great Lakes.
1980: Sold to Trio Shipping Company of Honduras
January 21, 1981: Trio Bravo sank at her dock in Port Everglades, and remained submerged until March 14
August 1981: was offered at auction and later prepared for disposal as an artificial reef
December 16, 1983: Sunk in Fort Lauderdale

Divesite:
The Trio Bravo now sits upright and intact, with its superstructure being significantly impacted from the explosions that sunk it. Also, there is quite a nice opening for access to the vessel’s interior, and divers can easily swim down into the engine room to observe the large boilers resting in her belly, as well as other adjacent compartments.
